Terrace Addition Provides Breezy Views of Biscayne Bay
The owners of this classic 1930's era residence wanted to maximize their views of Biscayne Bay from their home. Inspired by the architectural language of local hotels, a large covered terrace with tapered columns and a grand open staircase were created. The new terraces allow enhanced views while providing new outdoor living spaces.
